Our project for 2023-2024

Greenhouse-sheds for Agriculture education of LBP school children.

Together with Maharogi Seva Samiti – Lokbiradari Prakalp – Hemalkasa, Aadhaar4U completed the Greenhouse sheds project for the years 2023-2024. One of the activities at LBP, Hemalkasa, is a residential Ashram school for tribal children from first to twelfth grade.

The school educates around 650 boys and girls aged 6 to 18. There are separate hostels for boys and girls studying in the school. This school provides tribal youngsters with not just classroom instruction but also an array of other sort of learning opportunities. Every year, the school students excel in a variety of athletic field sports at the state and national levels. The school features a spacious playground and an excellent gymnasium for pupils.

In 2023-2024, Aadhaar4U agreed to provide Greenhouse-sheds for agricultural education and training for schoolchildren about modern agricultural practices like vertical farming and organic farming.

The objective is:

• • To teach schoolchildren about and be trained in the various farming techniques used in this region. They will also learn how to grow quality vegetables in less land and with less water. The greenhouse also provides students at this school with fresh veggies for the school’s kitchen.

The total cost € 15.300 for two greenhouse poly-sheds:

  • Medium shed 10m x 16m
