Selection criteria

Choice of charity organisations from the state of Maharashtra and their specific projects’ selection depends on the following Aadhaar4U policies:

• A well-known organisation from the Indian state of Maharashtra having solid base of charity work

• Project activities for destitute and needy children/groups in remote places of Maharashtra, minimum of 100km away from the four major cities Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Nasik

• Aadhaar4U will support the project activities that are in line with its vision and should fall under the need for basic amenities, such as, Food, Water, Education and Housing for destitute group of people

• The to be selected organisation should maintain adequate financial clarity and transparancy of their work and should have registration that complies with the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA)

• It should have creditworthiness and should be already known for its work and past track record

• The yearly project cost should not exceed €10000.
