Strengthening Hope: Support for the Repair of Baba Amte Bhavan
In July 2025 Aadhaar4U started reviewing potential projects at Snehalaya, in Ahilya Nagar. We are pleased to formalise and extend our support towards the repair and restoration of the Baba Amte Bhavan, an important space that continues to serve the community through the dedicated efforts of Snehalaya.
During our recent interaction at the EMS event, we were deeply inspired by the commitment, compassion, and tireless work being carried out by the Snehalaya team under the guidance of Priti Madam and Girish Ji. Their unwavering dedication to social service and community welfare reflects the true spirit of humanitarian work.
After carefully reviewing the detailed proposal and repair estimate, we are happy to support this initiative with a contribution of ₹15 lakh towards the total project cost of ₹23 lakh. We also appreciate Snehalaya’s commitment to bearing the remaining expenses, demonstrating their strong sense of responsibility and ownership towards the project.
We believe that the restoration of Baba Amte Bhavan will further strengthen the organization’s ability to continue its meaningful work and positively impact many lives.
We look forward to visiting Snehalaya during our next trip to India and witnessing the progress of this important initiative firsthand.
